Youtiao leavening agent

Im looking for a leavening agent for fried dough sticks. I want to make fried dough sticks at home, but I cant make them so fluffy without a leavening agent for fried dough sticks. The quick-frozen ones bought in the supermarket are really not as delicious as the fresh ones
