I really like the purple rice of Korean food~
I can't always feel that way in the store at home 🤔
When I bought celery, I wanted to juice it and try it, but it was delicious! !
• Fried lily with celery and wolfberry
1⃣️Boil a pot of boiling water with a little oil and celery over water for later use.
2⃣️Heat the oil in the pot and fry the celery for a while and add salt 🧂 to taste.
3⃣️Finally add lily and wolfberry and fry until they are broken~
• Garlic Salt & Pepper Shrimp 🍤
1⃣️ Peel the prawns and take the prawn line with a little cooking wine and salt to marinate for a while.
2⃣️ Prepare an appropriate amount of minced garlic, millet, pepper, chopped green onion or chives.
3⃣️ Heat the oil in a pan, pour out the water and sprinkle a little starch on the shrimp.
4⃣️Add in minced garlic, millet, pepper, chopped green onion and saute until fragrant, then add shrimp and stir-fry evenly.
5⃣️ A little soy sauce to taste, sprinkle with salt and pepper powder before serving~

很喜欢韩国餐的紫米饭~
自己在家总是做不出店里那种感觉🤔
买西芹原本想榨汁试了一下还是炒着好吃!!
• 西芹枸杞炒百合
1⃣️烧一锅开水少许油西芹过水备用。
2⃣️锅里热油放西芹翻炒片刻加盐🧂调味。
3⃣️最后放百合和枸杞炒至断生即可~
• 蒜香椒盐虾🍤
1⃣️大虾剥壳取虾线少许料酒和盐腌制片刻。
2⃣️准备适量蒜蓉小米椒葱花或韭菜。
3⃣️起锅烧油虾仁倒掉水份撒少许淀粉抓匀。
4⃣️放入蒜蓉小米椒葱花炒香后放虾仁翻炒均匀。
5⃣️少许酱油调味出锅前撒上椒盐粉完成~
