把喜欢的肉类(鸡肉/猪肉/牛肉/羊肉等)腌制一夜后串起,在户外烤架或室内烤盘上煎烤,用于烧烤party很方便又卫生,即吃即丢。自家吃也可以回收清洗晾干后再用。但是亚米卖的这么便宜我都是即吃即丢。



【钵钵鸡串】
之前测评一份钵钵鸡调料包做了一种涮串的吃法,很有街头小吃的特色,比起大家用筷子🥢涮吃更卫生一些。操作也很简单,就是把自己喜欢的食材都串起来,烧开钵钵鸡调料包后把串好的食材泡进去涮煮,很好玩的吃法。不知道为什么感觉用串吃就是比直接烹饪的更好吃😋。
