The oil used here is the 0-calorie oil from the extra veg sold in American supermarkets~ Kale 🥬 is still the same, cut in half, and fry with salt and pepper. Every good thing to eat a little bit of meat, the thicker ham pan is hot 🍳
Yogurt cups for fruit, raspberries and blackberries? (Mulberry?) I don’t even know hahaha and I eat it often. It’s healthier to replace the liquid sour cream smoothie with solid greek plain yogurt💫 with a cup of black coffee➕ sugar-free milk, the kind of milk that has no sugar at all ❤️10 minutes fast hand meal

今天起得太晚了又很懒你所以做了懒人素食!
昨晚切好的绿皮西葫芦➕两个鸡蛋和盐🧂腌一下下出点水,因为控制主食淀粉所以面粉什么的都没有放,本来想煎成一个一个的西葫芦饼但是太麻烦了就直接一锅倒进去然后煎成了一个大块的西葫芦鸡蛋,这里用的油是美国超市里卖的extra veg的那种0卡路里的油~ 甘蓝🥬还是一样切半,盐和胡椒粉炒一下。每天好事要吃一点点肉肉的,厚片一点的ham平底锅热了一下🍳
酸奶杯换了水果,覆盆子和黑莓?(桑葚?)我也不知道哈哈哈就经常吃,酸奶油smoothie的液体换成固体的greek plain yogurt更健康💫 配一杯黑咖啡➕无糖奶,一点糖都没有的那种奶❤️10分钟快手餐
