【炸雞廚房】超簡單的蔥香蘇打餅乾
我真的超久沒下廚房了,這次做還切到手😭,不過蘇打餅步驟和材料超方便而且幾乎不會失敗。好吃還養胃
1. 溫水70g➕酵母4g 混合
2. 低筋麵粉150g➕植物油30g➕鹽一點點點大概1g(我這次加多了很咸🤣)➕小蘇打1g ➕蔥一根切成蔥花,把這些混合
3. 跟酵母水混合,靜置半個小時。
4.麵團擀薄之後切成方塊,用叉子戳洞防止烤的時候餅乾鼓起。
5. 烤箱170攝氏度烤20分
為了口感好,麵團要擀很薄,然後烤箱的話我試過幾次了,原方建議15分鐘但我建議要多烤一會兒,不然不夠脆
