【炸鸡厨房】今日快手晚餐牛排的简单做法和保存方法

今天晚餐的牛排,因为去超市看到了一整板的牛排打折,虽然我平时不太吃Sirloin但是这么便宜还很新鲜不买白不买嘛!!

算下来这一块只要2美元哈哈哈哈。因为自己吃所以也懒得做酱汁了,加点盐和胡椒还有蒜粉就可以啦~原汁原味最好吃

我还特意拿出了我的牛排锅,锅里倒一点油,一定要锅烧很热了之后再下牛排。

正反面各煎两分钟,然后再换一个方向烙上花纹就可以啦~熟度不好把握就用那种温度计插进去量内部温度

重点是煎完不要立刻切哦,要醒5分钟







对啦,这么便宜的牛排就是它~!

因为我是一个人吃所以这么多肯定一两天吃不完。其实有个好办法不让它放怀,就是分别冷冻起来。

别急,不是直接冷冻,要先裹上一层保鲜膜

再裹上锡纸~这样放进去冷冻,之后每次要吃的时候室温解冻或者提前一晚放到冷藏室解冻,牛排就跟新鲜的一样啦!
