When the topic of 厨房小白拯救计划 did not come out, I originally planned to post it one by one, so I made a puzzle. Later, when there was a topic, I talked about it separately.
A summary~ I seem to have deleted some pictures, so it is not complete statistics
I just think it's tempting to put so many delicious foods together 🤣 I can't put so many pictures in a short list, so I can only come to a long article

1. On the bottom left is the roast pork with plum vegetables. The dried plum vegetables were bought by Yami. I think it is very good!!! Yilin brand
In fact, I originally bought it because I was going to make pork belly with vegetables. Then I searched for a tutorial. It's very difficult. I made this.
Just like the process of roasting meat with eggs, the eggs are replaced with dried plums
Dried prunes should be soaked in water first to remove the smell. The time to put them into the pot is earlier than that of eggs. In addition, dried prunes are very absorbent. Do not put too much.
2. In the middle of the bottom row is marinated vegetables with white radish, potatoes, chicken feet, chicken neck, eggs, and lotus root?
Marinated vegetables use a little more dark soy sauce, and also add light soy sauce. It may be the only place to use dark soy sauce more. Add star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, and scallions. Throw in some scallions and cook it.

The bottom left is lotus root pork ribs soup. As a Hubei native, this is my favorite when I was a child. I love soup~
In addition, I like crisp lotus root, but I don't like powder lotus root very much. The lotus root I bought in Yachao is quite crispy. I like it~

The first one in the first row is the picture of a dinner party~ The middle is when preparing the dishes for the dinner party in picture 1. All four stoves are used. Eggs, roast pork, radish and pork ribs soup. I forgot what I was doing in the bottom left pot.
The third is the dried beans and roasted pork~ It is the dry beans that have not been simmered in water...
The first one in the second row is grilled pork chop + kelp soup + fried tofu + millet porridge
Grilled pork chops are not as good as fried pork chops... They look like they are undercooked
The picture in the middle is the Mala Fragrant Pot, a huge serving, two large bowls are full but not filled......
The hot pot base + a bunch of vegetables can be fried... The meatballs are boiled first
On the far right is a friend who came to eat at home and made the fried cod with yellow braised chicken and onion fried beef.

The second one is marinated vegetables and fried cauliflower. There are chicken wings and dried tofu in the marinated vegetables. I bought them from Yachao. I seem to have seen them at trader joe's.
The third is that there are classmates at home to eat eggs, roast pork + braised vegetables + lotus root soup (I love tube bones!!!) + a fried dish

The first one in the second row...I made a lot of it...I definitely didn't finish it
The third is fried beef with onions!!! Like Yoshinoya!!!hin is delicious!!!!
Stir fry the fat beef until it changes color and serve it immediately
Shred the onion and fry it until it is soft and transparent, add oyster sauce and stir well, add the beef slices and it's ok!!! It's easy
The last one is Umbrella Tower Noodle Sauce Mixed with Sliced Noodles with Egg and Shrimp The color is a bit dark    But Umbrella Tower Noodle Sauce is delicious! ! ! ! You can also stir-fry (that's what I used to stir-fry shredded beef the day before yesterday)



It's still fruit. The top right is yogurt mixed with candied strawberries!!! Delicious!!!!!
The bottom left is a matcha pudding in an oui cup. It looks like it was originally sold like this hahaha

叉叉这一年做过的美食——不完全统计合集篇

还是电脑来吧    图太多了 

没出厨房小白拯救计划话题的时候本来打算一种一种地发的所以拼了图 后来有了话题就分开说了 我话也比较多 一起说不知道字数要爆到多少……
一个总结吧~有些图我好像还是删了所以也是不完全统计
就是觉得这么多好吃的摆在一起挺诱人🤣短晒单放不下那么多图只能来长文章了
如果拼图里有我没讲过的菜我会说一说~


1. 左下是梅菜烧肉 梅干菜是亚米买的我觉得很不错!!!义林牌的
其实本来买了是打算做梅菜扣肉 后来搜了一下教程 好难哦…就做了这个
和鸡蛋烧肉过程一毛一样 鸡蛋换梅干菜
梅干菜要先用水泡去味儿 入锅时间要比鸡蛋早 另外梅干菜很吸水不要放太多 炖的时候多看看锅里还有没有水
2. 最下排中间是卤菜 里面放了白萝卜土豆鸡爪鸡脖鸡蛋应该还有藕?
卤菜用老抽多一点 也要加生抽 可能是唯一多用老抽的地方了…加八角香叶桂皮干辣椒煮 有大葱扔点大葱 然后煮就是了
我好随意………



这张里面几乎都说过啦
左下是莲藕排骨汤 作为一个湖北人 这是我小时候的最爱 我挺爱喝汤的~
另外我喜欢脆藕不怎么喜欢粉藕 我在亚超买的这个藕还挺脆的 喜欢~

上面是这次刚回美国某一天煮的 从上往下是:
杂豆 糙米 小米 黑米 西米 薏仁 红豆 大米
入锅后加了莲子和豆钱钱
下面是今年腊八那天煮的 从上往下是:
莲子 绿豆 小米 红豆 薏仁 杂粮米
上学期期末家里没米了最后几天我也是煮粥喝的~



鸡肉篇说过啦~



乱七八糟一大推 都没发过
第一行第一个是聚餐的图~中间是准备图1聚餐的菜的时候 四个炉子全用上了 鸡蛋烧肉 萝卜排骨汤 左下锅里忘了在干啥 右下在炒鸡胗
第三个是干豆角烧肉~就是那个没焯过水的干豆角…
第二行第一个是烤猪排+筒骨海带汤+煎豆腐+小米粥
烤猪排还是没炸猪排好吃…长相跟没熟似的
中间那张图是麻辣香锅 巨大一份 两个大碗装满了都没装下………
火锅底料+一堆菜瞎炒就可以了…丸子类先烫熟
最右是朋友来家里吃饭 做的煎鳕鱼黄焖鸡和洋葱炒牛肉
最后一行第一个就是那个猪油渣白菜煲
第二个是卤菜和炒花菜 卤菜里面放了鸡翅和豆腐干 亚超买的 好像trader joe's也见过
第三个是家里有同学来吃饭鸡蛋烧肉+卤菜+莲藕筒骨汤(我爱筒骨!!!)+一个炒的啥菜

第一行第三个就是蒜蓉西兰花炒虾仁了…配汤包
味全的汤包好好吃!!!
第二行第一个…我做了好多哦…肯定没吃完
第三个是洋葱炒肥牛!!!像吉野家那样的!!!hin好吃!!!!
肥牛先爆炒至变色立马盛出
洋葱切丝下锅炒至软烂透明加蚝油炒匀加入肥牛片就ok了!!!很容易
最后一个是伞塔牌拌面酱拌刀削面加蛋和虾仁 颜色有点深    但是伞塔牌拌面酱好吃啊!!!!炒菜也可以(就是我大前天炒牛肉丝用的)



还是水果篇 右上那个是糖渍草莓拌的酸奶!!!好喝!!!!!
左下是拿oui杯子装的抹茶布丁 拍得好像原本就是这样卖的哈哈哈
右下是某次做蛋糕的时候蛋黄蛋清分离后的蛋黄



面条 最大图是曾拌面 好好吃    泡面合集好像被我删掉了


放一张巨大分水煮肉片   下面垫了千张还有别的菜(具体有啥太久远忘掉了)





还有之前炸虾片的动图

油足够热后虾片入油就会开始迅速膨大    会冒一点点烟

如果在膨大的时候碰它就会改变它的形状    有点好玩哈哈哈






最后单独放一张洋葱肥牛

不知道吃什么家里又有肥牛&洋葱的时候我都会做这个 十分下饭~
终!于!总!结!完!了!!!有一点点成就感哈哈哈开心
