Costco's fruit are extra large   Buy one more person but can't finish eating   The rest will be damaged   How to deal with it?   Marinate them in sugar   ; Or make it into jam😉

I am a person who does not like sour fruit very much   Last term I saw strawberries atfresh markets 2 for 6Bought two boxes   but it was still too sour when I bought it at home😭😭😭😭😭😭 😭

CostcoA one-pound box of cherries   Bought two boxes on a whim last semesterI didn't want to eat much after that   Half the box left   made them into jam


Material is cherry   cast sugar   And a chopstick


Chopsticks are used to poke cherry pits🤣


Cherry wash   Poke the cherry with chopsticks   The core will be stabbed directly if it is pierced in the opposite direction


If you feel it is not good to poke, break it off and take the core


Cherry meat in a bowl   Pour in sugar   and toss well   0 span0Marinate for two hours to make the cherries juice


Pour the cherry meat from the bowl into the pot   Add a small amount of water and heat to boiling   Reduce to medium-low heat and keep stirring

叉叉美食——水果篇2(糖渍草莓&樱桃果酱)

几乎不用开火系列第二弹   甜甜的水果和果酱大家都爱((٩(´͈`͈)۶))


Costco的水果都超大份   买多了一个人却吃不完   剩下的又怕放坏了   怎么处理呢?   把它们用糖腌一腌   或者做成果酱吧😉

我是一个不怎么喜欢吃酸酸的水果的人   上学期有次在fresh markets看到草莓2 for 6就买了两盒   但是买回家发现还是偏酸😭😭😭😭😭😭😭


怎么办呢?两盒可不是一个小数量   该怎么处置它们呢    在我苦恼的时候一个想法冒了出来    像做糖蜜西红柿那样做糖蜜草莓   那样它们就变得甜甜的了😝

那么动手吧


材料是草莓和白砂糖


找一个可以密封的容器    那种玻璃罐是最好的   既可以完美密封又颜值高   做出来的成品怎么拍都好看


因为我是学生党玻璃罐用处不多所以我就拿了一个塑料密封盒_(:」ㄥ)_


草莓洗净切片/小块   铺到容器里   撒一层白砂糖


一层草莓一层糖   层层叠叠


叠完后盖盖儿密封后扔进冰箱冷藏室就大功告成啦🎉   大概要放2-3天草莓才会被完美腌渍   甜甜的糖都渗进去啦~~


👇🏻这个应该是过了一晚上的效果   草莓里的水分渗出来一些

两天后再打开   草莓明显都变得软趴趴了   渗出的草莓汁能看出明显的红色




然后就可以开吃啦~~~~


直接吃就可以~可能草莓还会带一点点酸味但是大部分是甜


也可以倒一些腌渍出的草莓糖水+一点点草莓片泡水喝

Costco的樱桃一盒有一磅重   上学期一时兴起买了两盒后来又不怎么想吃了   剩了大半盒   就把它们做成了果酱


材料是樱桃   白砂糖   还有一根筷子


筷子是用来捅樱桃核的🤣


樱桃洗净   用筷子捅樱桃蒂那里   捅对穿的话核直接就被捅出来了


如果觉得不好捅就掰开取核吧


樱桃肉放入碗中   倒入白砂糖   并翻拌均匀   腌制两小时让樱桃出汁水


碗中樱桃肉倒入锅中   加少量水大火加热至水开   转中小火并不停搅拌

搅拌蒸发到锅中酱变粘稠   像这样👇🏻   就大概可以出锅了


放入密封容器中冷藏保存   大概可以放一周


喜欢酒味可以在煮的时候加入朗姆酒   就变成了樱桃朗姆酒果酱!!!😝
