步骤1⃣ :

将鸡胸改刀比自己理想得尺寸稍微小一点的尺寸,并且用叉子稍微扎几下,这样腌制的时候更容易入味!!下面加入 白糖1勺,1:1的蜂蜜水15g,盐3g,姜粉1g,蒜粉5g,辣椒粉3g,白胡椒粉3g,黑胡椒粉2g 。然后搅拌均匀,按摩按摩💆,揉一揉🙆,装进密封盒放入冰箱一夜!(腌一夜才更入味!!)
ps.鸡肉不能切太薄,不然炸出来会很干,但是也不要的太大块,因为如果太大,裹面粉炸了以后,就变成鸡排?炸鸡坨🐔子?哈哈哈

锅里倒油,油温在160-170时候下锅炸,一面金黄以后,翻面再炸。我切块的大小在2分钟到2分30秒差不多就熟了。根据自己几块发现决定炸多久。炸出来以后放在厨房纸上面,吸出多余油脂!!然后开吃!!ps,油锅不确定温度的,可以放一点面糊到油锅看看是不是快速滚动冒泡,如果是就差不多了一下即了!!
