玉米猪肉玫瑰煎饺
男票明天回来啦他说最喜欢吃玉米猪肉馅饺子,所以今天就去超市买来材料做。
居然在超市没有找到现成的肉馅,诚心锻炼我的臂力😂😂😂😂
材料:玉米粒300g,猪肉750g,生抽45g,料酒45g,盐20g,蚝油20g,葱两根,姜蓉适量,鸡精适量,熟植物油45g,香油15g(油最好加多一些,不然做出来的馅就很干硬)
我图方便直接用的李锦记姜蓉,很方便的平时放冰箱里想用的时候用干净的勺子挖出来。如果不爱吃姜,可以用姜泡水然后用姜水搅拌肉馅(肉馅一定要加水)
玉米粒过水焯熟滤水备用
搅拌好之后把熟油加进去搅拌(提前加热稍微放到60度左右吧其实也不本重要,不要热油就行,会烫熟肉馅,)
