# 夏日开胃神器 # While there are many different flavors, I always buy the fermented black beans. They're fantastic with dumplings and wontons, too. I pair them with light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce, and drizzle hot oil with scallions, garlic, and white sesame seeds. It's incredibly fragrant. Adding a spoonful to noodles is also excellent. A must-have in Chinese kitchens.
