Product Description
Classic Taiwan black tea made from the purely hand-picked green heart oolong which has a bud and two/three leaves per piece at an altitude of over 2000 meters in Taiwan's Lishan, and processed by the traditional method to form a unique flavor of Taiwan tea.
The tea leaf is thick and elastic, and can produce a bright red color and enduring sweetness and mouth-watering immediately when soaked in water, which is the "high mountain flavor" of black tea.
This tea not only inherits the gentle, delicate, and elegant characteristics of Taiwan tea, but also adds a warm, fruity-sweet flavor to the tea through a "full fermentation" process.
Brewing Tips
Add 110 ml 95℃ water to 5g tea.
Steeping time: 5s/5s/5s/10s* (for the 1st/2nd/3th/4th infusion respectively)
