Content: 1.875g × 12 packets
Features: "Choreito" is a Kampo medicine described in the classical texts of Kampo, "Shang Han Lun" and "Jin Gui Yao Lue." It is widely used for urinary system disorders such as decreased urine output and painful urination.
"Tsumura Kampo Choreito Extract Granules A" is an easy-to-take granule made from the extract of "Choreito."

Indications and Effects:
Can be used regardless of physical strength. For the following symptoms with abnormal urination and occasional dry mouth:
Difficulty urinating, painful urination, feeling of residual urine, frequent urination, swelling.
Dosage and Administration:
Take the following amount before meals with water or hot water.
○ Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet (1.875g) per dose, twice daily
○ 7 years to under 15 years: 2/3 packet per dose, twice daily
○ 4 years to under 7 years: 1/2 packet per dose, twice daily
○ 2 years to under 4 years: 1/3 packet per dose, twice daily
○ Under 2 years: Do not take
Ingredients:
Each 2 packets (3.75g) contain 1.25g of dried extract of mixed crude drugs in the following proportions:
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Cassia seed (Kasseki) ... 1.5g
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Alisma rhizome (Takusha) ... 1.5g
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Polyporus (Chorei) ... 1.5g
Japanese Pharmacopoeia Poria (Bukuryo) ... 1.5g
Akyo (Akebia) ... 1.5g
Additives include Japanese Pharmacopoeia magnesium stearate and lactose hydrate.
