Lift up the container's cap and remove the stopper from the center. Press firmly down with both thumbs around the hold in the center and squeeze out one application (approx. 0.5cm-1cm). Place the paste on the palm of your hand. Add water, work into a lather and then use it to wash your face with gently circular motions.
