Instructions
Ingredients:
1 bag of broth, 5-6 Vienna sausages, 60g-100g smoked meat, 300g cabbage, 2 potatoes, 2 onions, 100g radish, 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Steps:
Cut the potatoes, onions, and radish into chunks, and chop the smoked meat and slice the cabbage for later use.
In a pot, add olive oil and sauté the potatoes, onions, and radish for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the Hinai chicken broth, add the smoked meat and cabbage, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
Add the Vienna sausages and simmer for another 5 minutes before serving.
