Correct Usage Steps

Start Exfoliating: Hold both ends and rub back and forth on your body, from limbs to torso.
Moderate Pressure: Do not use excessive force; the skin should be slightly red but not painful.
Focus Areas: Scrub areas with thicker dead skin, such as elbows, knees, and back, a few more times.
Rinse Clean: Rinse your body with clean water after exfoliation and apply shower gel.
Dry and Moisturize: Apply body lotion after drying your body for better results.
Suggested Frequency of Use
Oily Skin: 2-3 times per week
Dry Skin: 1-2 times per week
Sensitive Skin: Once every 2 weeks or as directed by your doctor
