PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lotus Seed is widely used in Asian cuisines, especially in desserts. In fact, dried white lotus seeds are a rich source of phosphorus, protein, potassium and magnesium. They may also contain zinc and iron. The seeds contain low levels of sugar, sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat.
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash it thoroughly. Soak it in water for 5 – 10 minutes. Use/cook as desired.
