Directions for Use	＜Usage Instructions＞ 1. Peel off the transparent film and apply to the desired area. 2. Do not peel the transparent film off all at once; peel halfway, stick to your foot, then peel off the rest gradually for proper adhesion. 3. If your skin is wet with sweat or other moisture, dry thoroughly before application to ensure good adhesion. Repeated reapplication can reduce adhesion, so avoid doing so. 4. Store in the refrigerator or similar to enhance the cooling effect. (Do not put in the freezer.) 5. For hygiene and effectiveness, use only once per sheet. (Replace when the cooling effect diminishes.)
