【Usage Instructions】
・ Pour an appropriate amount of 10ml (3-4 pumps) into a household cup.
・ Rinse your mouth for about 20 seconds and spit out, then brush your teeth.
・ No need to rinse with water after use. If you wish, rinsing with water will not reduce effectiveness.
