Launched on March 10th, 2021, our Kyoto Hojicha Milk Jam is crafted with Hokkaido milk, cream and sugar, featuring flavorsome Kyoto Hojicha. The milk jam is meticulously boiled down for 2 hours to achieve a rich, creamy texture and nutty hojicha flavor.
Hojicha is a Japanese green tea made by roasting sencha and/or kukicha, giving it a distinctive fragrant taste. Appreciated for its low caffeine content, hojicha is a popular choice in Japan for its rich, roasted flavor.
The nutty hojicha flavor harmonizes beautifully with the gentle sweetness of Hokkaido milk.
