Instructions
1.Clean 1.5 kg of meat and vegetables, blanch them, and set aside for marinating.
2.Add this seasoning and 1 kg of water into a pot, bring to a boil, then add the prepared ingredients.
3.After boiling on high heat, reduce to low heat. Depending on the ingredients and personal preference, simmer for 30-60 minutes until tender. Turn off the heat, let the ingredients soak for an additional 10-30 minutes, then remove and serve.
