AH HUNG DanDan Noodle Flavoring has the heat of the dried chili peppers, the oiliness from the sesame paste and chili oil, the savoriness of Tianjin preserved vegetables, and best of all, the mouth-tingling feeling that could only come from Sichuan peppercorns.
INSTRUCTIONS
Put 300g (1 bag) of hot pot seasoning into 2kg of water (recommended broth) and boil them, cook with slow fire for 3-5 minutes to serve.
