🍵 How to Drink It? — User Guide
Crush Before Steeping (Key Step)
The outer shell of the monk fruit is hard, so steeping it directly won't be as effective. It must be crushed before steeping.
You can crush it whole, or break it into pieces for each use.
Basic Steeping Method
Take 1/4 of a monk fruit, break it into pieces, and place it in a cup.
Add 300ml of boiling water (80-100℃ is fine), cover, and steep for 5-10 minutes.
It can be steeped 2-3 times until it loses its flavor.
