👉🏻核桃仁枸杞糕:準備核桃仁50克、枸杞子5克、糯米粉200克、白糖20克,核桃仁切小片,糯米粉加適量水和勻,加白糖調味。鍋內加水煮開,將調好味的糯米粉放入,蒸約10分鐘,將核桃仁、枸杞子撒在糕面上,繼續蒸熟即可。

👉🏻雙花西米露:西米50克,玫瑰花、茉莉花各20克。做法:玫瑰花、茉莉花,以開水沖泡,備用;西米以中小火煮至半透明,約5-6分鐘;濾去煮西米的熱水(帶糊狀);將半透明的西米倒入備好的玫瑰花、茉莉花水中,略加燒開,調入糖適量即可。

油膩人-宜清熱排濕

體質特徵;臉泛油光、頭髮油膩 容易長痘痘,嘴裡有黏黏的感覺。脾胃運化能力弱,容易腹脹。
