The name is Portuguese Muffin, although the taste is not so similar to the cake, but it is a more Chinese-style pastry in the bread of Meichao. Fried two eggs. The bottom of the pan is relatively flat, and it has no shape when it is fried. When turning over, an egg yolk was accidentally punctured, which is a bit ugly. It tastes good though, I love that crunchy side of the omelette. The drink is still instant milk tea, and it is snowing heavily outside the window, so a hot drink is more suitable for breakfast.

# 我的早餐打卡 # 早餐打卡 Day 5 夏令时第一天 昨天在超市看到一种长得超像家乡喜饼的饼，就赶紧买回来试试了。名字叫葡萄牙马芬，味道虽然没有那么像喜饼，但在美超的面包里算是比较中式口味的面点了。 煎了两颗蛋。锅底比较平，煎出来没什么形状，翻面的时候还不小心戳破了一个蛋黄，有点丑。不过味道很不错，我超喜欢煎蛋的那个脆脆的边。 饮料配的依旧是速溶奶茶，窗外在下大雪，还是热饮比较适合早餐。
