▪️ 今天格格来给大家分享一款我家常年必备的一款酱料(酱菜)—饭扫光!!这个饭勺光相比大家也都很熟悉吧 四川人就更不用说了!真的是我从小看到大的一个酱料 不过其实说实话小时候直到来美国之前并没有那么爱吃 也并没有吃的那么频繁~但是来到美国之后才真正的get到了它存在的美好和意义!!!!!

▪️ 这款饭扫光即"饭扫光"开胃菜系列 是深受人们喜爱的特色川味食品~由四川高福记食品有限公司于2001年1月推出 现有野竹笋 野香菌 野蕨菜 爆炒金针菇 爽脆木耳等7种口味!其实我以前觉得这个名字还挺搞笑 还有点儿瓜哈哈哈哈...但是现在piapia打脸了!!!家里时时刻刻都不能没有它啊!

▪️ 反扫光的所有味道我都吃过了 但是我最喜欢的还是野竹笋!!野竹笋笋质特别的鲜嫩 还大块 入口脆嫩爽口!!!并且辣辣红红的看着就流口水🤤这个饭扫光野竹笋配白饭 拌面下面或者用来当沾碟都非常棒!

▪️其他几款的话金针菇和野香菌也哦度挺不错的 我不喜欢也不推荐爽脆木耳和野蕨菜!!因为木耳不够爽脆 软软耙耙的口感不好 野蕨菜吃多了对身体不好 貌似含有什么致癌物质 还是不吃为好!!!(蕨中主要的致癌物是原蕨苷(ptaquiloside)它可以使DNA的腺嘌呤和鸟嘌呤发生烷基化作用!欧洲蕨(Bracken fern)目前是分类为致癌2B类的~流行病学证据是它可能与某些地区膀胱癌高发有关 动物实验证据是可致大鼠膀胱和上消化道癌!)
