[Taro Chiffon] Last time I made taro balls, I bought a big taro. Good things can't be wasted! So let's make a taro chiffon!
After the taro is about to be steamed, put it in the blender, add a little milk and mix it into a puree! (The taro is gummy, take it out quickly)
To make a normal chiffon cake:
Separate egg yolk and egg white, add sugar to egg yolk and stir, then add corn oil, mashed taro, sifted low-gluten flour
Beat egg whites with sugar, then mix with the top 👆!
Bake it in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes!
The top is creamcheese and butter mixture (no cream at home haha)
The first wipe was horrible!
The cake is st0 with a lot of taro paste! Super delicious!
Surprisingly smooth! !

【芋头戚风】上次做芋圆买了颗大芋头,好好的东西不可以浪费!所以来做个芋头戚风!
芋头要蒸熟后,放入blender里加一点牛奶搅拌成泥!(芋头有胶质哦,要赶紧拿出来)
做一个正常的戚风蛋糕:
蛋黄和蛋清分离,蛋黄加糖搅拌,然后加玉米油,芋泥,过筛低筋粉
蛋白加糖打发,然后和上面👆混合!
烤箱350华氏烤30分钟就好啦!
上面抹的是creamcheese和黄油混合物 (家里没奶油了哈哈)
第一次抹惨不忍睹!
蛋糕里面塞了多的芋泥!超级好吃!
出奇的绵密润!!
