Braised Yuzi Tofu, a prosperous New Year

Today, I will cook a festive and festive vegetarian dish, Braised Yuzi Tofu.
Materials: two pieces of Yuzi tofu, onion, ginger and garlic, a few dried chili peppers, Fu chili sauce (you can also use other chili sauces instead, Laoganma or something, I think Wangjiadu's Fu chili sauce is the best), one tomato 1 piece, 1 green pepper, appropriate amount of tomato sauce

Sauce: oyster sauce, black pepper, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, starch and water to make a sauce for final collection.

Fry Yuzi tofu with oil until golden brown on both sides. You can use a little more oil for cooking later.

红烧玉子豆腐,红红火火过新年

新年到啦,因为明天还要上课所以今天没有年夜饭,但总是要来一道代表新年的菜系才好呀。

今天做一道下饭而且喜庆的素菜,红烧玉子豆腐。
材料:玉子豆腐两根,葱姜蒜,干辣椒几颗,福辣酱(也可以用别的辣酱代替,老干妈啥的,我觉得王家渡的福辣酱最好吃),番茄一颗,青椒一根,tomato sauce适量

酱汁: 蚝油,黑胡椒,生抽,糖,盐,淀粉加水做成酱汁最后收汁用。

玉子豆腐用油小火煎成两面金黄,油可以多一点后面用来炒菜用。

盛出煎好的豆腐备用,用煎豆腐剩下的油接着炒菜,干辣椒葱姜蒜爆香(我没有小葱了用大葱😂😂😂)

加入一大勺辣酱再炒一下

加入番茄和青椒炒到番茄出汁(这里加番茄酱增加番茄酸味最后做出来的颜色也更漂亮,但不加也没关系)

这时候倒入之前调好的酱汁,炒一分钟稍微收一下

最后倒入玉子豆腐稍微拌一下让酱汁都裹到豆腐上就可以啦!
