睡到了六点半
早饭带去学校吃的
午饭也带去学校吃的
晚饭还是带去学校吃的

午餐是藜麦+肉末啥豆+豆腐三文鱼+凉拌鸡丝黄瓜
晚餐是costco烤鸡鸡腿+芦笋炒虾仁+蛋卷+草莓
