😈早餐打卡第一天~
今天从11点到5点半要连续带实验课,所以早饭吃的很多😂
🌸煮了一份重庆小面,太久不吃了,忘了它有多麻辣🔥🔥🔥🔥实在不太适合当做早餐,吃了一点然后把面条洗了两遍😂有点可惜,其实酱料很好吃……
🌸鸡腿是提前一天烤好的,用了大蒜,耗油,韩式辣酱,生抽老抽盐腌制了一晚上,味道很好,鸡腿肉很嫩
🎉抗饿效果显著,早八点到下午3点都毫无压力~✌️
