凉拌长白山黑木耳—最开胃的凉拌菜
我妈小时候一直叮嘱我和我爸吃黑木耳,说对心血管很好,可以化解血管里的脏东西!我本身也超爱吃,做汤炒菜啥的都会放一点!
收到货以后立马泡发做了个最快手简单的凉拌黑木耳!
250g一箱里分成了很多小包装,开袋第一感觉就是很干净基本没啥杂质,看似很小结果泡完超级大!!!!
【给大家一个快速泡发的秘诀就是水抹过木耳以后加一勺糖密封搖1分钟,会加快泡发速度!】
泡发完水开后大火煮4分钟!然后用凉水冲洗!(保持口感)
凉拌汁我的比例是:生抽3勺,蚝油一勺,陈醋两勺,白糖一小勺,香油一勺。然后切了小米辣,蒜蓉和葱花,考究点的话可以热一勺油浇上去达到油泼的效果哈!(有香菜也可以放!正好家里没有了)
