【芋头戚风】上次做芋圆买了颗大芋头,好好的东西不可以浪费!所以来做个芋头戚风!
芋头要蒸熟后,放入blender里加一点牛奶搅拌成泥!(芋头有胶质哦,要赶紧拿出来)
做一个正常的戚风蛋糕:
蛋黄和蛋清分离,蛋黄加糖搅拌,然后加玉米油,芋泥,过筛低筋粉
蛋白加糖打发,然后和上面👆混合!
烤箱350华氏烤30分钟就好啦!
上面抹的是creamcheese和黄油混合物 (家里没奶油了哈哈)
第一次抹惨不忍睹!
蛋糕里面塞了多的芋泥!超级好吃!
出奇的绵密润!!
