补一下昨天的午饭
开发了新装饭菜方法 可以偷懒少洗一点碗盘
做的是豉汁牛肉丝和加了桂林辣椒酱鸡腿肉炒西兰花
因为之前炒西兰花都是清炒家里酱料又太多所以这学期打算多多使用💪🏻
水果是Costco水蜜桃+新西兰Zespri金奇异果+李子 当然 我这个小胃并没有吃完👀
