六婆火锅底料里的蘸料包,简直可怕🙂做香辣蟹一绝
用料做法真的很简单。
姜片和拍蒜爆香,中火下蟹块翻炒,炒的时间长一些,不仅去腥蟹壳也有脆香感。
接着开小火(因为辣椒面怕糊这样会苦),下六婆蘸料(放多少看你口味)再加点盐(少许),加糖(一定要加个一两勺,因为味道很惊喜!!)
然后大功告成,朋友说巨好吃,非要我再做一盘👋🏻
