自從在買了小熊駕到的仙草粉,感覺打開了一扇新大門,原來仙草這麼容易做的呀!
首先把一包仙草粉放在容器裡,緩緩加入270毫升的冷水,攪拌均勻調至無核糊狀後,加入280毫升的開水,便加水邊攪拌,然後煮到沸騰,最後倒入碗裡等待冷卻後就結成膏狀啦!製作方式非常簡單!
這款仙草的味道微甜,我通常都是加入到椰汁西米露裡吃的,口感清爽嫩滑,有時候懶得煮西米就直接加入椰汁,也可以加入蜂蜜、煉奶、奶茶裡也都是很不錯的喔!
