这个巧克力真的好好吃啊!!!什么入口即化,绵滑香醇的烂大街夸巧克力的词我就不说了,反正都能形容它!而且,这个黑巧就是甜度刚刚好的牛奶巧克力,完全没有普通黑巧的苦涩酸涩味,单吃就超级棒!做甜品也是无敌!我已经回购了十次了吧
下面,就再附上一个我用它做的,超级简单又超级好吃的巧克力心太软做法吧!

好看又好吃的心太软做法:
一个心太软需要的分量:
黑巧克力 38g
黄油 31g
全蛋 23g
蛋黄 半个
盐 一小撮
低筋面粉 16g
❥把黑巧克力和黄油放进碗里,然后隔水融化成液体状态,然后拿出来放凉
❥鸡蛋加入糖和盐,搅拌至糖充分融化,然后筛入面粉搅拌
❥等到巧克力黄油不烫手了以后,倒入鸡蛋糊搅拌均匀
❥模具涂一层油,方便脱模
❥倒入巧克力面糊,冷却以后放进烤箱220℃烤8分钟就完成啦!
噔噔,完成啦!
真的超级简单,就跟外面卖的味道一模一样!!要趁热吃哦~
