# 爱吃又想瘦 # 早餐来份营养好吃的牛油果奶昔吧!
因为是一人份的 我加了四分之三的牛油果(如果牛油果小的可以直接加一整个),两三截香蕉,一些Berry的冻水果(超市里很常,主要是调味,不加这些,光牛油果也好喝)然后倒240毫升的牛奶榨汁!
好了以后倒碗里,然后倒些谷物和水果,就ok啦!
讲真,真的很好吃!还营养健康又低卡。
