Years later. No more big fish and meat. But I can't lose weight for weight loss. I have lost normal daily nutrition. So today I will have a meal of [mixed vegetables and shrimp]
Usually I fry this dish with a little oil. That way, the vegetables and shrimp will be particularly crispy. But because of the weight loss stage, I try not to touch the oil. So I boil it directly!
Add some soy sauce. oyster sauce. pepper. salt. sugar. It's so delicious!

【滴,打卡第3天】
年后.不再大鱼大肉.但是也不能为了减肥.失了正常的日常营养.所以今天来一顿【杂菜虾】
平常我炒这道菜都会过一下油.那样蔬菜和虾咬起来都会特别的脆.但是由于减肥阶段就尽量不碰油了.所以直接白开煮!
加点酱油.蚝油.胡椒粉.盐.糖.就是这样美味!
