咸酥鸡,或称盐酥鸡,是常见的台湾小吃之一。主要成分是鸡肉,咸酥鸡发明于1975年台北市西门町的“台湾第一家塩酥鸡”,而非1979年台南市。 盐酥鸡原本是鸡肉切成小块,先以酱料腌渍入味,再裹上油炸粉或调味过后的面粉浆,再油炸的料理,因后来材料的增加,现在盐酥鸡往往是一个各种炸物综合性的全称。
