1. Soak the peach gum one night in advance. I especially like to eat peach gum, so I soak a lot of it. The peach gum soaked in cold water with the air conditioner turned on can be stored for 2-3 days and can be soaked in several portions at a time. eat for a few days
2. The tremella is soaked 2-3 hours early, but I am usually lazy. When soaking the peach gum, I also soak the tremella, and I can use it together the next day.
3. The next day, prepare wolfberry, red dates (pitted) and milk. You can also prepare a piece of rock sugar for girls who like to eat sweet.
