I don’t know if there is anyone like me who can’t eat melon seeds🌻 too lazy to peel peanuts🥜 So naturally I fell in love with broad beans~
Recently, I wanted to buy some dry goods during the Chinese New Year, and then I bought three types of broad beans from yami. Although they are all beans, they are different in beauty, but they are all super delicious!
1⃣️ The Sesame Guan on the left was traveling with my parents in Sichuan for the first time when I was a child. It was the first time I ate beans that were wrapped in a thick and spicy coating and had a bit of sweetness. It was not the kind of Korean sweet and spicy, but very Chinese kind of beans. It’s also crunchy. In short, it’s super delicious and not greasy, but if you eat too much, it will be a little salty and a little spicy. The lemon tea with vita is just right haha
2⃣️ The bean in the middle is the first time I bought it. It looks very pleasing to the eye, and the result really did not disappoint me. Unlike Sesame Guan, it does not have a thick coating. It is more like the kind of beans fried in a pot of spices that used to be sold by small stalls. It's delicious and I can't help but lick my fingers. It's fragrant and it's really satisfying...
3⃣️ The main event is here! The crab bean bean, Ganyuan, which I love for thousands of years, has really grown up since I was a kid! ! Totally responsible for my love for fava beans! ! There are many independent small bags in one bag. In fact, it is not the taste of real seafood crab roe, but more of the taste of crab roe + duck eggs? But it's really super delicious. Although it's wrapped in a layer like the sesame official, it's not as thick and spicy as the sesame official, and it's not as simple as the fragrant beans in the middle. It's a little more salty. ...yami is always out of stock, begging Xiao Er to come in more🤠
Finally, I wish everyone a happy new year, new year, new fat hahaha
