[Early Autumn Recipe] Fresh Squid and Bamboo Shoots🌊🌊🐙🐙

Ingredients: ginger, onion, garlic, celery, bamboo shoots, squid, oyster sauce

2⃣️ Add the drained and marinated squid, cover and simmer on high heat for three Minutes (The soup will turn into a fragrant milky white yo)
3⃣️ Add two tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir fry, then add your favorite vegetables in turn (I chose celery and bamboo shoots)

【初秋食谱】之鲜鲜鲜鱿鱼煑笋🌊🌊🐙🐙
秋风起,落叶飘🍂🍂🍂
今天做道好吃的鱿鱼煲(可惜没砂锅)先看看图⬇️呗

备料:姜,葱,蒜,西芹,笋,鱿鱼,蚝油
鱿鱼🐙:用料酒腌一下去腥。

1⃣️ 热锅冷油,放入葱姜蒜炒至爆香
2⃣️ 加入沥干水腌好的鱿鱼,大火盖盖子焖三分钟(汤会变成浓香的乳白色哟)
3⃣️ 加入两勺蚝油翻炒,再依次放入喜欢的时蔬(我选择了西芹和笋)
✅完成‼️‼️

鱿鱼鲜嫩弹牙,西芹吸入了笋和鱿鱼的汤汁鲜上加鲜😋😋😋
