Here's a rant: American floor and ceiling sound insulation is poor My downstairs neighbor is probably a night owl Be very active every time at 12:00 not always noisy Laughing intermittently, talking That's why I need these earplugs to help me sleep Although not very comfortable I also take it off when I'm very sleepy. Afraid of hearing loss Ugh:-(
