叉叉自创乱炒——豉汁洋葱牛柳和桂林辣酱鸡肉炒西兰花
之前某天的午饭 开创了我少洗碗(并没有)的新时代——菜饭同盘
饭是蒸的杂粮米 里面有各种米 黑你大米小米糙米糯米啥啥的还有我不认识的米🙈
豉汁洋葱炒牛肉丝和加桂林辣椒酱的鸡腿肉炒西兰花 豉汁和桂林辣椒酱都是李锦记的
因为家里酱太多了怕用不完于是决定这学期做饭多多用各种酱

首先是豉汁洋葱炒牛柳:
牛肉切丝 加入蚝油淀粉和一点点油抓匀腌制十分钟
青椒洋葱(我喜欢sweet onion)切丝备用 姜蒜切末
热锅冷油下姜蒜末炒香 然后下牛肉丝炒至变色立刻盛出 这样牛肉的肉汁就被好好地封在里面啦
锅里再放点油 炒洋葱和青椒至变软 喜欢吃烂一点的可以多炒一会
觉得到了自己喜欢的软硬度时加入牛肉丝 再加入两茶匙豉汁(根据菜的量变化 可以边加边尝味道 这里我的菜量少所以没加很多)
然后把酱炒匀就可以出锅啦😝

然后是西兰花炒鸡腿肉:
之前炒西兰花都是清炒 这是第一次做辣炒🤗
鸡肉和西兰花切小块备用
热锅冷油下鸡肉翻炒 变白后可以加一点点料酒
同时烧热水 水开后下西兰花焯熟(大概30秒 我喜欢脆脆的西兰花)
西兰花捞出后直接入炒锅 和鸡肉一起加入桂林辣椒酱翻炒后出锅就完成啦
