位于商场二层的大喜川菜的门脸很显眼,从扶梯上楼后转过去便能看到他家明晃晃金澄澄的招牌,找不到店什么的是不存在的。门口也常常会有等位的食客,人气很高。

店内宽敞明亮,桌间距充裕,靠窗更是有沙发卡座,适合家庭聚餐。店内服务的小哥哥小姐姐对小孩子很耐心和体贴,见到再小一点的宝宝们更是会立刻拿来婴幼儿座椅。

本次和同行小伙伴从等餐到用餐结束,一共尝了他家四款甜品 。

整杯百香果粉红诱人,口味酸甜适中,搭配得当,小伙伴刚拿到手就灌了半杯下去,简直停不下来;

糍粑冰粉自然是必点,里面的果肉干还保持着原汁原味,稍稍咀嚼不仅能感受到有解暑良效的冰粉的细腻清凉的,还有脆脆的果干在齿间迸发出的酸酸甜甜的惊喜;

波霸奶茶味道香浓醇厚,边嗦小龙虾边嘬一口不能再优秀了;

爆柠绿妍是纯纯正正的柠檬绿茶,能看见杯中有半个新鲜青柠,茶香沁人心脾,什么时候点一杯都正好;

其实不仅爆柠绿妍,整杯百香果和波霸奶茶中的茶都是茶叶现煮,一喝就让我想到我自己在家拿小茶壶沏出来的茶叶口感。

噫,上文我似乎提到了一个关键词,是什么呢?对没错,就是大喜川菜的麻辣小龙虾!麻小!麻小!麻小!他们家的麻小完胜我去过的其他餐厅,从加拿大刚搬到纽约的小伙伴更是说完爆了多伦多Chinatown的任一家麻小。(这么棒)

鲜红诱人的小龙虾皮脆肉嫩,裹满了带着芝麻的酱料,小馋猫如我直接一口一个,咸香劲辣的酱汁一点不差地都收进嘴里。小伙伴吃相比较斯文,但是一眨眼的功夫就堆满了一盘子的龙虾壳。路过的服务员小姐姐很贴心地立刻给我们换了干净的新盘子,业务水准一流。

小龙虾里更是添加了很多蔬菜,包括超级适合夏天的脆藕,十分良心。和店长聊过后才知道他们家员工和店长也是经常尝自家的菜品,然后采纳意见改良。

这道小龙虾不仅龙虾的量很可人,加菜这么丰富也是为了照顾专门为了吃小龙虾而来的深夜食客,点了一大盘小龙虾再配上他家的啤酒优惠,很难有余量再吃下另一道菜,但是光吃小龙虾又会单调营养不均衡,所以店家就给盘里上足了料,给顾客一种吃了小龙虾还吃了素食香锅的满足感。


小龙虾之前我们点了两个前菜打牙祭。

香卤拱嘴肥而不腻,沾了碟子里避风塘辣椒碎之后吃起来十分有趣,满满的一口胶原蛋白。



卤香藤椒鸭十分惊艳,首先作为一个鲜辣椒爱好者要给店家这满满一层油泼绿辣椒点10086个赞。鸭肉香糯软润,几乎无骨,再加上特色藤椒的微麻口感,简直让人胃口大开。

这次探店的第二大亮点就是我终于吃到了心心念念的泡椒鱼头。讲真在点这道大喜鸿运鱼头前,我已经做好了鱼头断货点不上这道菜的准备,毕竟是生意繁忙的周六晚上,而且我在其他川菜湘菜馆没有一次赶上鱼头有货的时候,所以这次让我非常的激动。

可能鱼头因为做工精细,相对应的用时也较长,是热菜中最后一道上来的。当鱼头靠近我们这桌时,我和小伙伴凭着鼻子就确信我们来对地方了,这个味道要让我们等一个小时都值!何况现实是,只需要等不到二十分钟!


扑鼻的现炸花椒麻油的味道,吃起来更是无比接近小时候祖母给我炸的花椒油,真的是回味无穷的鲜香。(泪奔)

由红色的小米椒、橙色的魔鬼椒和绿青辣椒的“辣椒三剑客”的组合完美诠释了我最喜欢的辣道:从头到尾辣度浓烈且平稳,而且用多种鲜辣椒平衡味蕾的光谱,层次丰富;鱼肉肉质细滑,鱼油充足且有骨髓,入口即化。

如果你是老道的食客,还可以跟店家说一声,往汤里加清水面,那地道的滋味,让人从肉到汤都不放过。

另一道汤汁上也给了我惊喜的当属大喜酸菜鱼了。厨师烹饪时加入了白蘑菇提鲜,汤入口时先是有香浓感,再是微辣微酸;铺满干炸的红辣椒,配上白白的鱼肉和明黄的汤,视觉效果就让人忍不住想要咽口水。

美中不足的是,因为点的小份,只能用草鱼(鲩鱼)来做食材,这种鱼本身的刺较多,而且肉质一般。让人不禁感叹,有点浪费这美味的汤汁呀。所以,吃饭人多的话,我们建议可以点大份的鲈鱼(西曹鱼),口感肯定会好很多。

除了鱼肉外,我们也尝了他家的乐山馋嘴牛蛙。牛蛙香料十足,但发挥和其他菜相比只能算是中规中矩,至少辣油清澈不油腻,还是胜过很多用辣椒酱的伪川菜馆一大截。
