[Notes]

I. The goods travel a long distance. Please check for damage before signing. Occasionally, there may be delays due to inspection by US/Canadian customs, or you may need to pay customs duties after random checks. You will bear this risk. The following two points explain:

1. According to US/Canadian import tariff regulations, when goods are randomly inspected, it is necessary to determine whether customs duties are payable. The recipient and the ordering person shall bear the costs or losses due to destruction/return of the goods.

2. If the recipient and ordering person receive an email or SMS notification from the international express company about package delivery and then operate the Optional Delivery Service (ODD) to change delivery options, resulting in the loss of the package or it being claimed by someone else, the recipient and ordering person shall bear the responsibility for the loss.

II. TaiwanGou selects high-quality Taiwanese products for customers. All products are produced in Taiwan and transported to you via the fastest international express DHL or EMS. Therefore, under normal circumstances, they will arrive within the best tasting period. However, international transportation cannot be guaranteed 100%. Customers who mind the possibility of occasional delays affecting the best tasting period should be cautious.

III. Thank you for supporting TaiwanGou products. For products purchased from TaiwanGou, our store will deliver them to you via international express within 3-7 days at the fastest speed. If the customer does not pick up the package due to personal reasons, the logistics company will keep it for 30 days before destroying it.
