The collection includes articles by scholars from different cultural backgrounds such as China, the United States, Canada, and South Korea. It adopts a format of one thesis followed by one critique, echoing each other and advancing in both directions, striving to re-ignite the cultural vitality of the concept of "Tianxia" in the contemporary perspective through dialogue and intellectual clashes.
