Breakfast is still used to eat something hot. Frozen rice, cook a bowl of quick red dates and walnut rice porridge, add some brown sugar and keep it warm all morning.

❤️Steps:
1. Prepare the rice one night in advance, wash and soak the rice for 1 hour. Drain and store in a ziploc bag and place in the freezer to freeze.
2. Put the frozen rice into the pot the next morning, add 2-3 times the amount of water, and add other ingredients. After the water is boiled, cook for 15-30 minutes, you can eat it after a little simmering~
💖Sometimes some glutinous rice is added to make the porridge more sticky.
