食用方法
1. Steaming: Once the water is boiling, place the whole sausage in the pot and steam for 15-20 minutes. Slice and serve. After steaming, the sausage can be lightly pan-fried, deep-fried, or roasted for a sweet and savory flavor.
2. Steam then Stir-fry: First steam or boil the sausage until cooked, then slice and stir-fry with seasonal vegetables such as Chinese broccoli, snap peas, broccoli, or green peppers.
3. Clay Pot Rice: First cook the rice until it is about 70-80% done, then add the preserved sausage (whole or sliced) and let it cook with the rice. After a slight simmer, drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
