【Product Details of Surulac Fiber】
● Surulac Fiber is a plant-based laxative containing dietary fiber (Plantago ovata seed husk powder) and herbal senna-derived ingredients (calcium sennoside). It increases the bulk and softens stools while improving intestinal motility to promote natural bowel movements.
● It is granulated with a yogurt flavor for easy intake.
● Individual responses may vary, but the onset time of the active ingredient calcium sennoside is approximately 8 to 10 hours.
【Indications and Effects】
- Constipation
- Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: abdominal bloating, rough skin, acne, abnormal intestinal fermentation, loss of appetite, hemorrhoids, heavy-headedness, hot flashes
【Dosage and Administration】
Take the following dose once a day before bedtime or on an empty stomach with water or lukewarm water. For the first time, start with the minimum dose and gradually increase or decrease according to bowel condition.

Calcium sennoside: 66.7 mg (as sennosides A and B: 24 mg): Activated by intestinal bacteria to improve intestinal peristalsis.
Cinnamon powder: 100 mg: Improves intestinal blood circulation and regulates intestinal function.
Additives: anhydrous silica, D-sorbitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, glycerin fatty acid ester, talc, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, ethanol, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), flavoring
* Due to calcium sennoside in this medicine, urine may turn orange or reddish.

1. Do not take the following drugs while using this medicine:
